Hi, I'm Yvonne Irene, a traditional Hellenistic astrologer, business astrologer, and astrocartographer.
I help women use astrology as a practical tool for understanding themselves, making aligned decisions, and creating businesses and lives that reflect who they truly are.

Through business astrology, I help entrepreneurs understand how they are meant to lead, create, make decisions, and build wealth. Through astrocartography, I help clients explore how different locations can influence their experiences, opportunities, relationships, and growth.
My approach combines the technical depth of traditional astrology with the practical application of psychology, education, and strategic thinking.
My goal is simple: to help you understand your astrology in a way that feels clear, empowering, and useful in your everyday life.
My Journey
My path to astrology was shaped by a lifelong curiosity about people, human behavior, and the deeper patterns that influence our lives.
My fascination with astrology began when I was a child watching Walter Mercado on Spanish-language television. I was captivated by the symbolism, stories, and wisdom within astrology, and that curiosity stayed with me throughout my life.
In 2009, I began studying psychology while continuing to explore astrology on my own. At the time, I viewed astrology as a passion and personal interest while pursuing a career in counseling.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Sonoma State University in 2013 and later completed my Master’s degree in Counseling from San Francisco State University in 2018, specializing in Marriage, Family & Child Counseling and School Counseling.
After graduate school, I worked as an elementary school counselor, supporting children and families through some of their most important developmental years.
That experience shaped the way I work today.
One of the greatest lessons I learned as a counselor was how powerful it can be when someone feels truly seen and understood. I also discovered how much I loved teaching. Especially, taking complex ideas and making them accessible, practical, and easy to understand.
That ability to translate complicated concepts into meaningful insights is something I bring into every astrology consultation.
When Astrology Became My Calling
At the end of the 2021 school year, I made the decision to leave counseling.
I found myself entering a period of uncertainty, asking deeper questions about purpose, identity, and what I wanted to create next.
Astrology became the tool that helped me reconnect with myself.
What started as a lifelong interest became a dedicated path of study. I began investing deeply in my astrology education, seeking out teachers and mentors who helped me expand my understanding of chart interpretation, timing techniques, and the many ways astrology can be applied to real life.
As I began offering astrology readings in 2022, I noticed something interesting.
Although clients came with many different questions, the conversations that energized me the most were around:
"What am I meant to create?"
"How am I designed to build a successful career?"
"Should I start my own business?"
"How do I create something that actually feels aligned with me?"
These conversations became the foundation of my work today.
Business astrology is now at the heart of my practice because I believe women deserve to build businesses that support their lives—not businesses that require them to abandon themselves.

Why Astrocartography Became an Important Part of My Work
My relationship with astrocartography began when I was trying to decide where in the world I wanted to live.
In 2022, I discovered astrocartography and began exploring my own map. I found that Bali was located on my Moon Descendant line, and based on what I had learned online, I believed it would be a deeply supportive place for connection, belonging, and emotional fulfillment.
I decided to move to Bali for six months.
The experience was not what I expected.
Instead of feeling the ease and connection I imagined, I experienced one of the most challenging periods of my life. Relationships and communities I had built during that time unexpectedly unraveled, leaving me confused and questioning my understanding of astrocartography.
That experience became one of my greatest teachers.
Through further study with Helena Woods, I learned that astrocartography is much more complex than simply looking at planetary lines. A complete locational astrology analysis includes many additional layers, including parans, relocated charts, and local space astrology.
When I revisited my Bali experience through this deeper lens, I finally understood why that location had activated such significant themes in my life.
This changed the way I approach astrocartography forever.

My Astrology Approach
I practice traditional Hellenistic astrology using the Tropical Zodiac and Whole Sign house system.
I believe astrology should be both technically grounded and practically useful.
While astrology has a rich symbolic language, my role is to help you understand what that language means in your actual life.
Every consultation is a collaborative experience where we explore your chart, your questions, and the themes most relevant to your current season.
I don't believe astrology should create fear or dependency.
I believe astrology should help you develop greater self-awareness, confidence, and trust in your own decision-making.
